Every time I stop by the Rife Repurposing & Salvage Company, a quote by Richard Avedon always passes through my mind: “To be an artist, you have to nurture the things that most people discard.” I love photographing this truck. If the light hits it just the right way, I have to pull over to photograph it. I hope the day comes when a person finds the perfect opportunity to breathe new life into it.
